Thanks for the answer.

It´s a little bit crazy, to change the names of all procedures in a
published library :-)

Ok, tell me some news if they have a solution (why not implement twice
for compatibility? It don´t use more memory...)

No, it's using 0.1.12.  That's what's being discussed right now.  If you
need it now, you can either remove 1.0 and install the compat layer (and
then certain functions might break), or you can install libusb 0.1.  Or
you
can wait.  It sounds like 1.0 support is not very far off.
