So i made the repo https://github.com/bm16ton/libftdi-pr and and applied the patch from my old email, Only one commit after initial.The ft4233hpq saves its PD settings and quickcharge settings in the eeprom, so until someone can look over the eeprom layout/settings etc (someday if i find the time)
it would be a bad idea to use any of  the eeprom prog apps. Im currently programming it via a qemu windows VM and it sucks so with any luck well get it eventually. Thank you good sir!
