urjtag ctrashes when it uses libftdi1-1.5 in the async USB mode

The crash goes away when urjtag is built without HAVE_LIBFTDI_ASYNC_MODE 
defined.

As a workaround, I added the option to the FreeBSD port that disables 
the async mode as an option.

But this needs to be fixed permanently.
