[ANNOUNCE] libftdi 1.0 third release candidate

Hello,

I've packaged the third release candidate of libftdi 1.0.

It contains the cmake improvements and minor tweaks to the build system.

Hopefully this is the final release candidate and we can
push out libftdi 1.0 next week for good.
