This is just a notice that the issue I reported earlier (data loss) is
resolved and was caused by a handshake issue in our new FPGA image (the
tests on the FT2XX lib were carried out with the older image). Now that
the bug has been fixed in our FPGA, our application works fine with
libftdi. I just wanted to send this update to close the thread I started.
