Installing libFTDI on ARM

I have a ARM on Cirus Logic EP9315 with Linux on that. 

i try: 

./configure --host=armv4t-arm920t-eabi --prefix=/home/zaa/FTDI/FTDI2/libftdides CPP='/usr/local/arm/4.3.4-armv4t-arm920t-eabi/usr/bin/arm-linux-gcc -E' CC=/usr/local/arm/4.3.4-armv4t-arm920t-eabi/usr/bin/arm-linux-gcc

make install

in my 

/home/zaa/FTDI/FTDI2/libftdides i have bin folder with samples and it works great but on my PC not on arm =(.

P.S.

need i the libusb library installed on my arm to install libftdi from sources or it standalone library?
