FT245RL after flash like a 232R

Hi,

I flashed a FT245RL with ftdi_eeprom. Due to the fact that the
microcontroller could not send any data, I checked the ftdi chip with
"ft_prog" from FTDI. The ic was identified as a "232R". At least I wrote
a new eeprom configuration with "mprog". Now it works again.

What did I wrong?
