Ok, that should provide basic support for the high speed devices. It's still 
wrong if you connect it to a "normal speed" hub. You'll need this patch:

The patch is not in git yet as I wanted to wait
for feedback before applying it.

I was wrong on the 256 byte boundary, it's 512.
