Why not to choose c) ?
Xtables-Addons has been written exactly for this reason to make integration of external modules easier.

Or is there some performance loss or other issues with using Xtables-addons?

Thomas,
what do you think, is there any reason for not using Xtables-addons?

I chose b), because I dont have such experience.
But I will wait with impatience because I would like also to try Linux IMQ
2.6.35 with
multi-queue in my system.

a) Do it yourself (and send a patch :))
b) Wait for us to fix it the next weeks
c) Use Xtables-Addons which should provide a working version
