Hello,

I'm pleased to announce the second release candidate of libftdi 1.4.

Changes since 1.4rc1:
---------------------
* New ftdi_usb_open_bus_addr() open function
* C++ API: Ability to open devices with empty descriptor strings
* C++ API: Fix enumerations for buffer purge and modem controls

Please give it some good testing. Final release is planned next week.
