Subject: Re: SWIG has no output directory when installing ftdi1-1.0

Apparently my pythonpath was set wrong. I can imort ftdi1 now (thanks
for mentioning that!) as it was indeed in that directory. I still
think my output is weird but t least it seems to work.

However, since the project I work on imports ftdi (without 1) I
installed 0.20. It works now, but my python installation seems to be
quite a mess. I have lots of different paths that may contain modules
etc. I will try to clean that up.

Thanks for your help!
