The Boost 1.49 binding can be downloaded as an update to
the above here.

I built Boost 1.49 using MinGW-w64 myself.
Boost building reference (using MinGW-w64 instead of MinGW.org)

Now the only thing not built is the ftdi_eeprom program, I will
wait for the libconfuse CMake file patch to be integrated before
building that one.
