Modem status callback function patch

Hello,

Attached file contain simple patch for libftdi-1.0

Added callback functionality on changes of modem status lines.

Callback function called at reading and status polling.

It called ONLY AFTER first successfull reading or status polling.

Tested with ft232rl on debian linux only.

Does not contain wrappers for c++ or any other.

P.S. Writed at night, so sorry if it does not working for you.
