Patch: ftdi_eeprom flash_raw without reading eeprom

Hello,

I hope this is the proper way to submit patches to libftdi.

ftdi_eeprom is missing an initialisation of buffer eeprom_buf when using
the mode flash_eeprom.

I have attached a patch to fix this.
