Is the MPSSE handling already in default avrdude? I didn't find something
relevant at
http://www.nongnu.org/avrdude/user-manual/avrdude_3.html#Command-Line-Options.

As I need to to some AVR ISP programming soon, some head start could give
me more time on debugging the FT232 problem.

I have a test board with a 6 pin ISP connector like
http://www.mikrocontroller.net/attachment/25900/AVRISP_Header.JPG and a
Mega16

My programmer has a FT2232H, with Product "FTDIJTAG" and serial "0001", and
to pass the MPSSE pins to the connector, I need to set ADBUS4 low. SRST
data is ACBUS1, SRST_EN_N is ACBUS3.

What avrdude source to use? Can all needed options be set on the command line
already? How?

Connecting
MPSSE/TCK -> SCK
MPSSE/TDI -> MOSI
MPSSE/TDO -> MISO
open collector SRST -> RESET_N

should be right?

I also don't have a USB-1 hub at hand. I can only unload the USB2 linux
kernel modules. Do you see the problem in a setup like this too?

Bye
