We produce a product and application using libftdi 0.18, communicating from a PC to a device with a ft245.  The product and application haves been in the field with many users running on various Linux releases including Fedora up through Fedora 14.  We now have users reporting problems when they upgrade to Fedora 15.  The application looks like it is dropping data between the host and the ft245 device.  When we move the application to use the ftdichip proprietary linux drivers (ftd2xx), the problem goes away, so this is pointing to an issue with libftdi / libusb.  Does anyone have any ideas where to start looking on this problem?  What is unique about Fedora 15?  We’d really like to stick with libftdi if possible.

Thanks,

Dave
