Nice. This version is easy to build under Cygwin or MinGW.

For MinGW build, I download libusb-win32 1.1.14.3 release;
put libusb.a inside /mingw/lib and usb.h inside /mingw/include

I also need to create the following libusb-config shell script to /mingw/bin.
If not, the configure script will complain that it can not find libusb.
