A question: I see the FT2232H now supports a bitmode 0x40 for the new synchronous fifo. (FT2232H Datasheet, par. 4.12 "FT2232H Mode Selection".) Would it make sense to add this new mode to ftdi_mpsse_mode in ftdi.h?
